Facebook has officially released Facebook Widgets to the public. A variety of widgets have already been released by Facebook, with new widgets likely to be available in the near future.

The main advantage of widgets is the ability to easily and quickly integrate powerful Facebook features such as Facebook Connect without having to know the technical programming behind in the integration of such Facebook applications.

The widget site currently has 5 different widgets across 2 general categories. The categories include Personal Profile Widgets and Website or Business Widgets.

3. Page Badge
